Hill Country is a collection of bedroom, dining, home office and accent furniture crafted of flat-cut rustic white oak veneer that is cracked before the finish is applied to appear seasoned over time.

Design & Construction

Frame: Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.

Finish: Hooker Furniture utilizes a multiple-step finish process of up to 16 finish steps. This results in an unsurpassed clarity, depth and color richness and durability to our finishes. Through hand-craftsmanship such as rubbing and padding, our finishes feel as good as they look, with a smoothness that is delightful to the touch.

Care & Warranty

Fabric: Clean according to cleaning code provided. Leather: Wipe spills immediately with clean cloth or sponge. For spots or stains and daily cleaning, clean with mild non-detergent soap. Rinse well, gently wipe off, and allow to air dry. Cleaning Butter, Oil or Grease from Leather: Wipe leather with a clean cloth and leave alone. The oil will be absorbed by the leather. DO NOT APPLY WATER. Also, do not use saddle soap, cleaning solvents, furniture polish, oils, varnish, abrasive cleaners, ammonia or any other type of chemical solution.

Warranty: For a period of one year after date of shipment, the manufacturer (HOOKER FURNITURE CORPORATION), after inspection by its authorized representative, will have repaired locally or replaced, as determined by HOOKER FURNITURE CORPORATION, any item that is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or material. This guarantee applies only if furniture is stored and used under normal conditions.
