•WOOD CARE: Always use felt pads under all articles to prevent discoloration or softening of the lacquer. Plastic and rubber bases on items can discolor wood. Wipe up spills immediately and avoid common hazards such as hot dishes, harsh solvents, and abrasives. Cleaning should be done with a soft lint free cotton cloth dampened with water. ACRYLIC CARE: Blot up spills immediately. Use coasters on table tops under beverages. Use trivots or mats under hot dishes or cookware. Clean with warm water and dry surface immediately after cleaning. Do not use cleaners that contain acid such as bathroom cleaners, grout cleaners, and tile cleaners. Do not use abrasive cleaners in either dry or liquid forms. Use a cleaner and polish formulated for acrylic surfaces.

Shipping times vary by order. Your tracking information will be emailed to you the day your order ships out so you may easily track your order. The estimated shipping times below represent the approximate amount of time your order will be in transit once your order has left the factory:

• Orders sent via FedEx Ground or UPS are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the factory.
• Orders sent via a Freight Carrier are delivered on average 2-3 weeks after the order leaves the factory.

We offer free shipping on all products over $150.00, excluding BDI and Luonto products.

Products under $150.00 will be charged a $39.99 shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Merchandise can be returned under limited circumstances. Upon your orders arrival, we kindly ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects. If you do experience any damages or defects, we ask that our customer service team is notified within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible if you are not present at the time of delivery, and/or miss our policy’s time frame due to personal circumstances.

REMORSE - If you are wanting to return a product due to customer remorse, error, or aesthetic dissatisfaction a 25% restocking and return shipping fee will be applied. This fee is taken from the original purchase amount.
