- Orders sent via FedEx Ground or UPS are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the factory.
- Orders sent via a Freight Carrier are delivered on average 2-3 weeks after the order leaves the factory.
We offer free shipping on all products over $150.00, excluding BDI and Luonto products.
Products under $150.00 will be charged a $39.99 shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Merchandise can be returned under limited circumstances. Upon your orders arrival, we kindly ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects. If you do experience any damages or defects, we ask that our customer service team is notified within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible if you are not present at the time of delivery, and/or miss our policy’s time frame due to personal circumstances.
REMORSE - If you are wanting to return a product due to customer remorse, error, or aesthetic dissatisfaction a 25% restocking and return shipping fee will be applied. This fee is taken from the original purchase amount.
