RETURN POLICY
At American Home Furniture we're proud of our commitment to make the world a more comfortable place. This mantra is entrenched in our products, people, presentation, and promise to provide an elevated level of customer satisfaction.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Merchandise can be returned under limited circumstances. Upon your orders arrival, we kindly ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects. If you do experience any damages or defects, we ask that our customer service team is notified within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible if you are not present at the time of delivery, and/or miss our policy’s time frame due to personal circumstances.
Please send photos of the item(s) and a detailed description of the issues to inquiries@americanhomefurniture.com. Refunds or replacements will be determined after the case is reviewed by American Home Furniture and the manufacturer. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Please note that items ordered from our "Sale" section are final sale and cannot be returned.
REMORSE - If you are wanting to return a product due to customer remorse, error, or aesthetic dissatisfaction a 25% restocking and return shipping fee will be applied. This fee is taken from the original purchase amount.
Many of the products on our site are skillfully hand-crafted with variations in color, size, and finish. Due to variations in computer monitors and mobile screens, actual colors and finishes may appear differently in person. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will correctly depict the product presented.
Important: Any order marked as “Released” or “Shipped” by the manufacturer cannot be cancelled. Once the delivery has been released, the order is deemed shipped. This includes delays by freight shipping carriers, if the order is being shipped LTL. If a freight delivery is refused – the customer shall be responsible for any return freight shipping costs.
All LTL Freight shipments are FINAL SALE and cannot be refused. The customer is responsible for any return freight shipping costs.
CHARGES & REFUNDS
Customers authorize, understand, and agree that all charges, balances, taxes, and any additional fees as outlined in the order summary can be applied to the payment provided at the time of sale.
Customers will be responsible for all applicable taxes regardless of the amount quoted on our site at the time the order is placed. All refunds will be issued on the original form of payment.

We make every effort to provide the most up to date product information, however errors may occur. Availability, prices, descriptions, and delivery time frames are all subject to change. Therefore, we reserve the right to restrict orders of any items.
