Only a professional cleaner should undertake a complete overall cleaning. The use of steam or water based cleaners may cause excessive shriking or staining.

Products under $150.00 will be charged a $39.99 shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Merchandise can be returned under limited circumstances. Upon your orders arrival, we kindly ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects. If you do experience any damages or defects, we ask that our customer service team is notified within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible if you are not present at the time of delivery, and/or miss our policy’s time frame due to personal circumstances.
